We are a services club and it is people we serve. We’ve never been a faceless corporation; everything we do has been about people. Acknowledging the very best in us all is at the core of what we do, and bringing out the best in our team is how we be our best.
We care. We care about the returned servicemen and women who have sacrificed so much. We care about their families and our community. We care about our team, our staff. We put people first and always have, always will be an organisation that leads from the heart.
Expect the unexpected. Expect pleasant surprises, new experiences, a new standard of service and care, a new RSL. What we’re becoming is not what you’d expect from a RSL, and that’s a good thing.
We have great respect and reverence for our legacy, rituals and tradition. That doesn’t mean to say we can’t have fun! In fact, a sense of fun, irreverence, laughter and kinship is inherent in our culture. We’re here to make the most of this life and the people in it and reckon the best way to do that is to have fun.
